recommends the

• The Medicare website www.medicare.gov

• The current Medicare and You Guide 

• If you are of modest income and assets you may wish to contact the 
  State of Florida at 407-245-0400 or visit their website www.myflorida.com/accessflorida to see if you are eligible to have your Part B premium ( $104.90 to $335.70 as of 2015) reduced or paid for. 
  If you do not qualify there are some health plans that offer a Part B reimbursement.

• Or you may wish to contact Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 to see if you are eligible for Low Income Subsidy (LIS).  If you qualify you can receive enhanced benefits for your prescription medications.

• Please contact us if you would like us to check your current level of eligiblility for Medicaid and Low Income Subsidy (LIS).
